My wife and I stopped into Panera for lunch today. Not too crowded. Counter service was good. Friendly and competent. Our order came out correct. Her Napa Chicken Salad was good, but thin. My spicy chicken breast sandwich and cream of chicken soup weregood. We both had Iced Coffee, which was fine. Good quality and service as usual. View all feedback.
What Mary Scrivens doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Only decaf coffee and it was cold. Finally got regular after they made it. Soup was cold, had to microwave it myself once I found the micro hidden under the coffee bar. Never offered a meal upgrade or choice of sides. Chicken salad was tasteless. Thiscafe used to be good but not the last few visits. Had to interrupt workers conversation to get help.
