Joan at the drive-thru window spoke clearly, was polite efficient. When she learned my chicken strips would be delayed, she asked me to park in front of the building so someone could deliver the order to me. When my order came out, I was surprised to learn they had given me an extra treat for having to wait. My order was correct, and the chicken was very hot and delicious. I'm impressed! I decided to give Carl 's Jr. a chance after not having been there in years. I was craving chicken tenders and didn 't want to drive to Kikis. I was sorely wrong to do this. Th chicken tenders I received were so tough and dried out I could barely choke them down, they tasted like they had been sitting there for days and were refried upon my order.
