I came last week with my companion and we loved it! The staff is very welcoming, smiling, with little care with customers. We felt like we've known them forever. The hotel, nothing to say great. The room is clean and pretty. The bathroom is good too. What Joy Lemmens doesn't like about Visa-versa:
Massages were top, super sweet girls! Food was also very neat and especially tasty. However, the entire wellness was cold, both the pool and the entire space. All the showers were cold, in the porch where you can relax on the seats with a book, it was really cold. We left a lot earlier because it was too cold, so it wasn't relaxing.
