"Nos decantamos por este restaurante por las críticas que habíamos leido. Tomamos un pescado frito, un tipico plato que hacen aquí con gnochhis y queso. Las cervezas que degustamos fueron las de trigo y la lager, y tengo que reconocer que estaban buenísimas. La relación calidad precio es buena, aunque los precios de los platos de comida los vi un poco caros para los sitios que Hemos estado. Decoración muy típica de aquí."

"We stopped here for a comfort break whilst on our way to Bregenz on a day trip by coach. Having fifty or so guests descend at the same time did not cause any issues, but we had pre-booked. The coffee was the strongest I have...ever tasted and the accompaning glass of water was most welcome. The toliets inside were clean and fresh. The dining room was much larger than I immagined. To the side of the Gasthof there is a lovely small (tiny would be better) chapel. To the rear is a childrens play area and some nice gardens."

"Let's talk about the seat. most tables are reserved. they can get luck with a small group and get a table. I would recommend calling forward to be a reservation on the safe side. I had no reservation and sat. I saw others turn away. eating is good, but uses local ingredients. understandably, they can not all ingredients from italia, but certain things like parma ham are different from hamsing swarf forest. so sometimes eating is not Italian tasting. the menu has pizza, pasta, salat that they are good, but also steak and kartoffels that increase the variety potentially endangered total quality. price: expect them in average 20-25 euro per person including drinks. service was good, but confusing. I would recommend trying to stay in town."

"I visit the Cafe Gerlach every time I come to Oberstdorf and have never had a single disappointment. Whether you choose to try from the wide selection of cakes or have a full meal at the restaurant, you will have a great time! I can...personally recommend the Germknödel and the Flammkuchen. Definitely mentionable is also very nicely decorated interior of the cafe."

"This is really a wonderful little restaurant with beautiful ambiente and very friendly service. both my man and I chose a scavenger (a Cordon-Bleu and a hunter's art) and both were honest about cake, so freshly cooked, beautiful tasting,... really seasoned. the “kartoffeln rösti” is to die so that is also an absolute must. if we hadn't been so crowded, we would have had dessert too, they looked, but we have a few of them next time."

"Very good selection of dishes. Card not overloaded and tastefully very good. We visited some restaurants in Oberstdorf and the meat jelly was far ahead. Best booking"
