"On a stop-over on our way back to Northern, Utah from the East. Took a chance on Miner's and so glad we did. The quality and quantity of food was nothing short of perfect. Such great flavor with obvious attention to plate presentation and detail. The wait staff was amazing as well. The kind of folks you wish had time to sit and have a drink with you.
