I eat a lot of Aussie steak back home, and I’ve gotta say that was good. Very tender good quality Argentinian 250g rib eye. I only eat my steaks medium rare/rare and the chef did it perfectly. In Europe a decent steak has been hard to find, el gaucho has nailed it. I would definitely recommend if your craving juicy steak. Big thumbs up from View all feedback.
