"We were in the neighborhood and my friend suggested this rest for lunch as their ribs are reknown in the area. Im not a fan of ribs as the sauce is all over your hands, face and clothes sometimes. I'll be dammed, theses were fall off the bone with ample meat and a tasty sauce that did not overpower the ribs. The fries were the frozen kind but just ok. I would have preferred the good old Quebec fries for which they are know for. My better half had the hot chicken and found the sauce was soo salty she couldn't finish her meal. The service was quick,polite and efficient. The setting is a large sports bar with plenty of tables including an outdoor patio."

"After we haven't been able to eat in a restaurant for almost 15 months, we wanted to have booked our first trip to our usual gastronomic restaurant and dinner. Never been disappointed after we've been there for many years, we were disappointed this time. The table d’hôte menu had bad choices. If you wanted liver and onion, it would be better to go to a local restaurant and pay much less. My wife had the trout that was small and dry when she was overcooked. I had the pork fillet that was far away when it was dry and overcooked. I had trouble cutting it with the knife. On the bright side the salad was good and the service was also good. We will now consider when we visit this location as one of the best restaurants. Too bad."

"I thought I'd share a recent experience I had at Juniper. It was pouring rain, and I came in with my baby and toddler for baked goods and a coffee after a stroll around town. We were hoping to sit but we were told immediately that we needed to order food in order to get a table. There were empty tables and it was a very quiet time of day. It was very disappointing, to say the least. I guess my reason for sharing this is to forewarn others who might be in a similar situation as me. We ended up eating outside in the rain. I've never experienced such poor customer service. Really grateful there are other places in Hudson that offer better service."
