From the outside, Kafi Riggi looks a bit run down, but it is always very busy. The service takes a lot of idle time, so service is very slow and rarely has guests at the table. The waiting times are very, very long. And that with few guests and a few waitresses. I can't imagine how this works with a full coffee. It's also a mystery to me why it's always so well attended.
