"As soon as you walk into this bistro you are welcomed with warmth by the staff. The waiter was ever so pleasant. He speaks English and Spanish. He told us everything about the menu and the ingrediencies. He is very knowledgeable! The decor is quirky which I loved and the atmosphere is relaxed with a homely but spiritual feel. Food is incredible, everything is home cooked with a LOT of love. Everything is organic and gluten free. Fruit and veggies are from local organic farmers. The menu is varied and the desserts are completely delightful! I even had two deserts!!If you are looking for a vegan restaurant that won't disappoint you then I would highly recommend you try MIMO vegan."
