Subway - Feedback

What Kristy Durdin doesn't like about Subway:
I hate to do this bc the people that work there are so nice, but they just don't do their job. I'm just done wasting money on food that shouldn't be acceptable to serve people. I love Subway, but the ingredients are just never fresh anymore. There's always brown, wilted lettuce, everytime. They've gotten so skimpy on the meat that you almost have to order extra. Came in here to get an early lunch this morning the staff was friendly and gave me fresh bread, but when I looked at the lettuce it was brown and wilted I almost didn 't get any but the employee working said yeah that doesn 't look good... and went and got some fresh lettuce for me! I appreciated him giving good service I was having a rough morning, and the staff going that extra mile for my enjoyment really brighten... View all feedback.
