I was at the winter festival the weekend that passed, we ate a lamb ragu with rice with almonds and Moroccan cuscuz, the ragu and the rice were wonderful, the cuscuz was insipid, it seems that they only joined the carrot and pea, without any spice, but the main was delicious, the meat was fading.
