My grandaughter and daughter and grandson love this place. They love the caramelizer, golden eagle and one other, I can't recall name. I do like their muffin top, orange cranberry, my gkid likes the poppy seed. Pricing much better than Starbucks. Service always very courteous and friendly. "Food is great, but customer service is not satisfactory from some of the employees. We go frequently, and constantly need to remind employees to change gloves after touching check register. Sandwiches would taste better if mayonnaise was spread evenly on the bread. Drinks should be available so that the employees should not be bothered with having to get one from behind the counter"

"We've been to the Lab a few times, always had a good experience. We usually run into folks we know, but it's also a nice atmosphere for some low-key conversation.
