Wow the staff was really cool if I had cash I tipped twice!!! Bagels were good as usual, but the customer service in the shop was what was most important to me....

"Food is great, but customer service is not satisfactory from some of the employees. We go frequently, and constantly need to remind employees to change gloves after touching check register. Sandwiches would taste better if mayonnaise was spread evenly on the bread. Drinks should be available so that the employees should not be bothered with having to get one from behind the counter"
