Not coming back due to the way Steven treated Josh, I came to this place to have someone help me lose weight and encourage me all the way through. Josh helped me and my husband big time, Steven wasn’t there at all what so ever to help out but now he wants to be the bigger person and remove someone who actually helped people and a business. My legs are going to kill me tomorrow, but that's a GOOD THING!!!! The teas and shakes are delicious and the Zumba Class is AWESOME!

"Food is great, but customer service is not satisfactory from some of the employees. We go frequently, and constantly need to remind employees to change gloves after touching check register. Sandwiches would taste better if mayonnaise was spread evenly on the bread. Drinks should be available so that the employees should not be bothered with having to get one from behind the counter"

"My husband enjoyed his spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce. The marinara is beyond delicious and the meatballs were juicy and loaded with flavor. Unfortunately I ordered carbonara with grilled chicken and didn't have any chicken with my carbonara. They charged me for the chicken and left it off. The fried cheese and ravioli on the combo platter was greasy and tasteless the mushrooms and zucchini were delicious. The garlic cheese bread was so good, very garlicky. I ordered a Caesar salad and I couldn't eat it, very little salad and they had put it in the same bag as the pasta so it was all wilted and the croutons were soggy. Not very appetizing!!!"

"We've been to the Lab a few times, always had a good experience. We usually run into folks we know, but it's also a nice atmosphere for some low-key conversation. It's a great neighborhood-type place with good beer and cider varieties and the food trucks help out on the food end. The service and overall vibe are friendly."
