Long John Silver's - Rio Rancho

(Ed. 5/26/21). Speedy drive-thru Service this visit. The staff was very friendly and polite. 2-Piece Fish Combo meal 'hit the spot '. Nice location in Rio Rancho (NM). Easy to find. I like her! Four stars!

The Siracha cheese curds and hush puppies are amazing; definitely worth trying! The service is excellent, especially from Selena, the young lady who took my order and helped fix an issue with the payment terminal not working with Google Pay.

I give this restaurant a 4-star review for their friendly front of house service and quick order fulfillment during a busy Friday afternoon in Lent. However, I noticed that the side order containers in the back of the house were not fully filled - the coleslaw was only half full and the green beans were less than half full. Customers expect to receive their full orders when they pay. I have a picture to provide as evidence, although I was unable to find a charging option.

Long John Silver's can be inconsistent, but sometimes I receive freshly made and hot food or even a little extra thrown in by the staff. Other times, however, I may receive the last remnants of what they have available. Despite this, they do a good job of managing long lines in the drive-thru. The staff is friendly and willing to chat, always maintaining a positive attitude. Overall, I recommend this restaurant.
