"Food is great, but customer service is not satisfactory from some of the employees. We go frequently, and constantly need to remind employees to change gloves after touching check register. Sandwiches would taste better if mayonnaise was spread evenly on the bread. Drinks should be available so that the employees should not be bothered with having to get one from behind the counter"

"My husband enjoyed his spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce. The marinara is beyond delicious and the meatballs were juicy and loaded with flavor. Unfortunately I ordered carbonara with grilled chicken and didn't have any chicken with my carbonara. They charged me for the chicken and left it off. The fried cheese and ravioli on the combo platter was greasy and tasteless the mushrooms and zucchini were delicious. The garlic cheese bread was so good, very garlicky. I ordered a Caesar salad and I couldn't eat it, very little salad and they had put it in the same bag as the pasta so it was all wilted and the croutons were soggy. Not very appetizing!!!"

"We've been to the Lab a few times, always had a good experience. We usually run into folks we know, but it's also a nice atmosphere for some low-key conversation. "There were out of almost everything by 6:30 on a Friday night. I mean out of more than they had left.What they have isn't bad. The sauce is a good balance of sweet and spicy, and brisket moist and delicious. The ribs were nice. The chicken I had was kind of dry, but I honestly think it was at the bottom of the pan because they were running out of that too.I wish I could say it was worth it, but with not being able to get 50% of what I wanted to order, it left me apprehensive to go back."
