"Food is great, but customer service is not satisfactory from some of the employees. We go frequently, and constantly need to remind employees to change gloves after touching check register. Sandwiches would taste better if mayonnaise was spread evenly on the bread. Drinks should be available so that the employees should not be bothered with having to get one from behind the counter"

"We've been to the Lab a few times, always had a good experience. We usually run into folks we know, but it's also a nice atmosphere for some low-key conversation. It's a great neighborhood-type place with good beer and cider varieties and the food trucks help out on the food end. The service and overall vibe are friendly."

"The best middle eastern food I've had! The gyro was delicious, the meat was juicy, the tzatziki sauce was amazing. The greek salad was full of flavor and had an abundance of toppings. The inside was cultural and inviting. I cannot wait to come back!"

"Can't get an order right to save their life. Ordered 2 burritos no sauce and 2 of the del tacos. Got my order and it was 5 burritos. All with sauce. Lady at the register didn't give me receipt and wouldn't accept the fact that I told her it was the wrong order. Had to go in and ask to speak with the gm of the store just to get my correct order."

"Just went through the ride thru, ordered 3 carnitas tacos, a chicken nugget meal and a big iced tea. The food was and the young man on the ride was AMAZING! Great customer service capabilities and just as personal as the day is long. Great experience! I wish they had their names at the reception. I go in for the drive-thru type!!!"
