The morning person is nice and attentive. One evening a waitress seemed annoyed and the food was ok. Went there yesterday and sat facing the kitchen. The waitress would pick up the used plates, throw the food in the trash and then pick up the food we ordered without washing her hands. She also handled the silverware without washing her hands.
