"Food was cold, potato soup wasnt cooked all the way and all there was were potatoes and the creamy soup part, no scallions/chives or whatever else is typically in it. The survivor never brought back any salad dressing, per request. My hash browns were over cooked, hard and cold. Never brought out any jelly with my biscuits or offered it initially. She got my order wrong, she gave me one order of toast and 2 orders of biscuits, I ordered 2 orders of toast 1 order biscuits and my son order rolls and never got those. My eggs were good, a little on the cooler side of warm though. I think we could have over looked the food issues to some extent, if the server was nice. She didn't act like she wanted to be there or help us. She was too stoic and off putting, to where we couldn't remedy the situation because we didn't want her at the table. We even said no to extra drinks when she offered because she was too miserable, never smiled. The supervisor/manager upfront was super nice. That is why the service is two stars instead of zero because she was two for two on being nice, so she gets 5 stars. So we also got lost getting there, because we dont live in that area... which is fine, we will likely never go there again, if not, for a very long time. Wheelchair accessibility: The server placed us in a difficult place to get a wheelchair in and out of. We were also placed in the far corner from an exit and far corner from the bathroom. Although our daughter doesnt need that much accommodations, the placement didnt make sense with how many people were there at 8pm on a Sunday... Place wasnt empty and definitely not 25% of capacity even. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3"

"Wonderful experience. We drove out the way to come and it was worth it because there are no more Ponderosa restaurants near us in Ohio. The staff was attentive and the restaurant was extremely clean! A worker even wiped all ketchup bottles. Beverages were refilled halfway and the food was constantly refilled and refreshed."

"Have been there a few times and everything is great! I'm a burger and the burgers are AWESOME! I like the burger of the Month idea, we also love wings and they have some of the best wings around. Also very good design beer selection."

"I think they are understaffed, but the person working was clearly unhappy to be there and was very sharp and unkind towards me. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I do what I can to be as polite and accommodating as possible to the employees. I dined in and was witnessing more unkind behavior towards every customer that had the courage to place an order. I certainly don't expect anyone bending over backwards for customer service, but I don't think the customers deserved to be treated with such hostility. "We’ve gone here twice this winter and have been very happy with our food and the service both times. We went over the weekend and got calamari and it was perfect. Our entrees were right on point as well. We got the chocolate lasagna cake to take home and it was amazing. Olive Garden had never been my favorite place but these last couple visits changed that. We move that we can go get a nice meal with huge portions for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend this place for your next dinner out!"
