"Food was adequate, but service and attention was completely impersonal and off putting. No emotion or personality to the waitstaff. Two larger parties and one couple took all the staff’s attention. As for everyone else, the staff could really care less if you were there or not, and was very evident. Could be so much better with a little attention to details and service. Will gladly take my business elsewhere next time."

"Very good service in this typical local mantovano. plentiful dishes, very Gothic and particular like frogs and snails. we chose a slicer with fried dumpling, a smoky snail with bread crust, a horse choke with potatoes and a osteria fried (mix of fresh water fish and frogs). with a craft beer, water and two coffees spent euro"
