"A fine but generous, sincere cuisine, both anchored in a territory and open to a lot of influences. Apparently like the two hosts of this magnificent place, that without knowing personally, I understand being true and altruistic, by their delicacy, their application to go to the front of their guests and to explain to them, more than their delicious cuisine, their sensitive and creative approach as a whole.
