This McDonald's (on Laurel) is doing a great job. Great team and service.

The comfortable chairs in the back with a TV on was informative. Coffee good and hot; hence the warnings in 15 languages.

Employees are either unwilling, or do not know how to help. I asked for help with an order of mine, and was told by the first employee that “he does not know.”...

The staff don't really listen at the window and confirm what is ordered. I think they end up ordering what they want!
