Cold Stone Creamery - River Hill

What Abbas B likes about Cold Stone Creamery:
I always love getting cold stone ice cream!! It is so good but I wanted to review this location because of the great service. They were really nice and considerate. Without me asking they separated the waffle cone bowl from the ice cream so it would not get soggy. They put a lid on the ice cream so it would not spill. The ice cream was amazing like always but this location is special because of the great service. View all feedback.

What Fet Oran doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
I don't know what's going on here. They didn't give me what I ordered, they didn't tell me they were out of what I wanted, the ice cream was warm and melted, they were so so slow, the cups were covered in ice-cream and so messy. They forgot to mix in what I asked for and just sprinkled it on top. We didn't even finish ours. It was melted. Never coming back. View all feedback.
