This small shop is run by one person who hand makes everything fresh, to order; so don't plan to come in during a busy lunch hour and get in/out in less than 15-20m (besides, it is worth the wait). The selection of hot sandwiches and wraps is really nice and they do allow substitutions. Best chicken, Avocado and bacon wrap I've ever had. Super fresh, great portion size, and reasonably priced. Added a salad to my order and just as tasty.
