First off...as I walked in Mayra greeted me nicely. I definitely felt how short staffed they were and shortly after Felipa came in to the rescue. Well...I only came in for a Cubano Sandwich and after looking around and their menu I ended up taking a lot more delicious food than anticipated. I understand that I worked for a short time. But you miss a whole duck and three commands from Maduros. Do not answer the phone, but send a general voice mail that is full. You have to drive back 20 minutes to wait for longer, as they never prepared the duck. And not to offer anything except that we're sorry that we're short employees... I'm not coming back. I love love this place, food is fantastic and so are the portions and prices. Try everything, my current favorite is one of the Burritos, sooooo good.?
