"The best sandwich you can get in my opinion, but the place is dirty. The floor in the kitchen was covered in gloves, lettuce, napkins, smeared meat and cheese, and so on. The counters were no better. Service was mediocre at best and ignorant at worst."

"Oct. 30th 2023.I came in and ordered a giant “THE BIG KAHUNA” and as it’s a hot sandwich, I understand things take time. It did take a little bit of time for our sandwich, but there wasn’t a ton of communication. I was handed my sandwich and was waiting in line to pay, and no one communicated me or acknowledged me for about 5 10 minutes.I was in the restaurant, and it was freezing! I had to have my winter jacket on the entire time. In addition, the place smelled like someone left the bathroom door opened even though they were closed!I will say however the person who appeared to be the manager (he offered me a free cookie for the inconvenience, wore glasses) was AMAZING. He hustled as it appeared they were very busy. He gets 5/5!"
