Shandell customer service was excellent. She was very polite and helpful. The service was very good, the food was fresh and Hot. I was very pleased with the service. What User doesn't like about Church's Texas Chicken:
I ordered a 2 PC special which included a biscuit and pepper. The cashier was out of change so he couldn't give me my dime back. (Petty) so after receiving and checking my order before I drove away, I asked where was my pepper. He had them pre-wrapped in a bucket close to the window. He reaches in then hands one to me.
