Riverhead, NY is a 42 mile drive from our home. We rarely visit the area unless we're venturing to the North Fork or spending time at the aquarium. I visited Caruso's two years ago after a doctor's appointment. In my book, it was great! Being 60 miles outside of NYC, Caruso's makes close to an authentic NYC pizza.
