Since this location has been sold, the quality of the food and service has declined. The texture of the bagels has changed; no longer chewy, the outside seems dry and fall apart when you slice them. I am concerned they may be selling day old bagels. Also, the price has gone up, and you no longer get a bakers dozen. Regarding breakfast bagel sandwiches; overall, they are a bit of a mess.
