Employee wouldn’t accept EBT over the phone due to management even though I ALWAYS pay over the phone. When asked to speak to the manager which I never do but I just wanted to know their reasoning since I can pay with my debit or credit card over the phone but all of a sudden not EBT? “Jasmine”, the manager said she was too busy….
