"Big customer service, I called to ask if I would close in 5 minutes before that (healthy and did not want to be one of THOSE customers) but they said they would make our drinks absolutely for us. I came out of what I usually get and tried a dragon-slayer when they fresh fruity exotic aromas, this is the drink for them with lychee jelly and slut and mango and drachenfruit. that was bomb 5/5"

"The Mixed Tempura was packaged such that everything was wet and soggy by the time it reached my house...everything else, including the Lunch Chirashi Sushi , Garlic Asparagus Salmon, and Salmon Sashimi was amazing, and all special requests and instructions were followed perfectly. "We arrived at the restaurant for our reservation, and the hostess told me that they will not be reported when there is an OpenTable reservation. She said she had to ask her manager to check. She left a few minutes back to the podium and started sitting. After about five minutes I went to the podium to check with the hostess, and she said that she couldn't honor the reservation and that happens all the time with OpenTable. She said she would add us to the end of the waiting list, which would have been a 45-minute waiting period. I had never done this with another OpenTable reservation and will never visit Black Horse Tavern again."
