12/6/21 today, once again, i took the risk of reordering the same menu I did yesterday. Well, today they got my order perfect. I mean, even utensils, the cinna twist, and the drink...everything. Thank you. I appreciate the improvement.12/5/2021It took me to receive an order to find out they were out of cinna twist. Instead of replacing the twist with Cinnabon out of courtesy, I was charged for items not received. Adding too, no utensil for the Fiesta potatoe.. the drink is not lemonade but 80% sprite and 20% pink lemonade for the color....it taste like sprite, nothing like pink lemonade.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
such a terrible visit here. the journey through was long waiting. my daughter and I went to the kiosk and waited. we have not taken along. my daughter asked if there are 3 nacho cheeses? the young lady (not sure her age, I will not say her name) looked at my daughter so mean and harassed and strictly said that she ordered 2 my daughter said, I ordered 2 nacho-ries and an extra nacho-cheese. Found a used straw in my bag. Absolutely disgusting. Feel super gross
Be careful if you're picking up for Uber because they give orders out without verifying.
