Billy's Bistro is a typical hotel bistro. There was a good range of dishes from the usual suspects such as hamburgers to Atlantic Salmon. Prices were within the normal range for a hotel bistro.My first choice of Vegetarian Tart with Rocket had sold out, so I opted for a Caesar Salad with Avacado.
