The baristas at this location aren't very friendly to begin with but today I was genuinely upset. Our barista was rude which normally whatever I'm just here for a coffee but I asked for an iced white mocha with an extra shot and not only was it the wrong drink but there was clumps of white gunk in it and chocolate syrup settled at the bottom.
