What Betty Robidoux doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
It was okay , food wise. But the order taker was a very rude woman. On 1-20-24 about 4 pm me and my daughter went in to eat and they messed up her cheeseburgers didn't put the extra cheese on them, so she had to take them back. And I ask for unsweetened tea and she gave me sweet tea. Had to take it back to her and then she gave me a glass of tea no ice, had to ask for ice read more.

"First all, the wait time for the person to take our order was way to long. Went to leave then he finally came over, didn 't apologize for having us wait that long. (No not busy at all. Took forever to get our order out, the pop machine was completely out of ice and most of all sodas, besides a few diets and or zero sugar. Had to pay the gas station for ice and to fill our drink cups up as well. Both of the chicken sandwiches were completely greasy and cold, the bacon on the one chicken sandwich completely UNDERCOOKED AND RAW in some spots, bun on the Other chicken and whopper were hard as a rock.WAY TO HOT, NO FAN OR AIR CONDITIONS. The manager looks very unprofessional can hardly hear him speak to you. When we got our order, we asked if that was everything, his response was sure, I can 't see the orders very well on the screen For someone who was traveling that scares you to know if you even got the right order less alone, if it was correct.WON 'T BE BACK!"

"This was the best KFC I have visited in a few years. I ordered the 20.00 fill up and this has been the only on that you can substitute 1 item in your package. I'm not a coleslaw fan and I substituted a mac and cheese in its spot. I visited at about 12:30 pm and I was in drive thru less than 5 minutes and they were wrapped around the building"
