Good food and plentiful.
Served hot food right after we got the salad, food was half cold, small condiment packets, poor service.

"Came here briefly to eat with my father. The staff were exceptional in both attitude and service. My order was gotten correctly which is not always the case at other eateries. The staff were also highly attentive to the needs of my father and I and theymade the entire experience absolutely lovely."

"Our team (and another team....34 people) came here about a 1/2 hour before graduation. They welcomed us, served us quickly and efficiently, and WOW the food was DELICIOUS! I recommend visiting them!"

"I was so disappointed by the service today! The girls didn't realize there was a daily special and stated several times they didn't communicate very well. Then I checked out and they charged me full price for a mocha with no coffee how does that make since? A small drink with NO Coffee costs more then another with coffee?? Need to be more specific about specials and then communicate clearly to all employees!!!!"

"It gets a 3 because the food is good and the idea of gourmet burgers is a hit...BUT... the service and kitchen is totally disorganized. If there are less than 10 people in there, you're fine. But if they are close to full, expect little to no table service and you may have to practically buss your own table. There seems to be no leaders or defined roles so when dirty tables stack up, everyone makes themselves overly busy on any other thing, and the same goes for the food and table service. Since you pay first, the tips are paid in advance to the whole group so there's really no incentive to serve the tables well, it's a poor mix of fast food service and gourmet food. Again, the food is spectacular, but that only gets you so far. If they are borderline busy, expect fast food type service. And I think this is just a management issue and training issue. The people and servers and cooks are super nice, helpful, but dont seem to know what to do or how to do it. I hope they fix this issue soon because they have a super niche menu and great potential atmosphere."
