I’ve been going to this tims for probably 15 years now and the service is great but it seems whenever i ask for something i usually don’t get they’re never in stock, might want to think about ordering more product or just not advertising the entire menu. View all feedback.
What Alexander Maillet doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
terrible service, staff is rude to one another and i can hear cursing through the drive through window. would not recommend this location, they do not understand the basic principles of respect and customer service WILL NOT RETURN View all feedback.
Best Tim Hortons around!! Coffee is always just right, same with the cold brew and iced coffee, these people know what they're doing and they are always so friendly and the service is awesome. I go out of my way to go here, it's so good. If I could give 10 stars I would, I recommend this location.
Great service, staff and products. They learned my order, barely need to order anymore.
My wife I do enjoy our Timmies,we also only use Tim's at home.We have compared several different locations.I do drink theredark roast, out of several locations find it very good. The only place we can complain about, would be our home town. Dark roast here is terrible, on weekends service is terrible. We have now got to the point we will drive to Spring hill for coffee. Sorry for our home town, poor review. But u want true reviews well here it is.One Mans opinion
Listen here Tim Hortons! I will gladly pay more for the best coffee on earth so that you pay your employees the new minimum wage and benefits and holiday pay. Come on...your employees work their butts off! You, who own the company and the franchises, make a fortune off the backs of our awesome Canadian employees and customers. I am a customer and I agree with the minimum wage increase. After all I assume that the owners and franchisees have no problem paying their rent/mortgage every month. Don't your employees deserve the same?
Although this location is pretty nice looking and has a relatively fast drive through, they are too inconsistent with accommodating dietary restrictions. If you ask for almond milk instead of cream in an Ice Capp or any other drink it's a 9/10 chance that they'll just add the almond milk ontop of the normal cream and leave you with a strange tasting drink and stomach pains for the rest of the day. I no longer frequent this location now that the newer staff is incapable of understanding why dietary restrictions and alternatives are offered and ordered. If you have any dietary restrictions I would not go to this Tim Hortons.Dietary restrictions: This location does not consistently accommodate dietary restrictions. The majority of the time when I order a beverage with a dairy alternative they just add the alternative ontop of the normal dairy; it leads to incredible discomfort for hours. Thanks.
