"We went here to eat for dinner, yes, the busiest hour of their day. They were so busy that they could no longer attend to their customers' needs to its fullest. I remember getting our own chair for the table that we found vacant but kinda unready for the next customer. Other staff were still attentive, and I admire that, but this woman caught my attention. She never smiled like she never cared. I know she's tired, but to get the hot soup container from our table without telling us or give us just a simple, respectful gesture, I really don't know if that's a usual action. Maybe I was tired, too!"

"UNLI WINGS EXPERIENCE: chicken is very dry and overcooked little to no sauce (drizzle na nga ginawa, grabe pa magtipid ng sauce yan tuloy walang kalasa lasa yung manok. Dry na overcooked na nga wala pang lasa) very far expectation from the images posted of the food (yung nasa pictures posted ang saucy ng chicken tapos sa personal sobrang konti ng sauce na nilalagay) bland chicken (kase nga yung sauce sobrang tinipid di walang lasa yung manok. Naglagay lagay pa kayo ng mga flavors eh sobrang tinitipid nyo naman, tuldok tuldok ng sauce ang nasa manok) pinahintay pa kmi ng 1hr kase wala pa pong manok, idedeliver palang po ya 'll selling chicken and you don 't have any chicken. Same as for the next customers after us sinabihan nilang maghintay kase wala silang stock."
