What Juanita Quiroga doesn't like about Dunkin':
If I could, I would leave zero stars. They don't know how to make ice latte right. I live in town and was coming 3 to 4 times a week. They charge .70 cents for cold foam and never put it in my drink and way too much espresso and no flavor. There lattes are the worse. Please do not go here for coffee. Most of the workers are rude. Horrible customer service any time I go inside this restaurant. This last visit was probably the worst yet. I live locally and will no longer be spending money...

"We visited on a Sunday around 1:30 pm after the lunch rush. I feel they must have been short staffed because for the area we were in, there was only one guy with appx. 8 tables. He seemed frazzled. Very, very nice but frazzled to where he would forget items we asked for like vinegar, extra BBQ sauce, salad dressing... Also, they were out of butter for the hush puppies. In a small town like that, I feel someone should have run up to the store and bought some.... You can't really enjoy the puppies without butter. All Southerners know that. Anyway, the food was pretty good. I had a salad, BBQ chicken w/creamed potatoes, and yams. My husband had a salad, hamburger steak w/ creamed potatoes and cabbage. The flavor was good and not overcooked. We will return on our next outing that way."
