"Called in an order. They were rude. Bread sticks and cheese bread were cold. The supreme pizza I got literally had to be put in the oven so it was completely cooked. Ridiculous. Every time I go there something's wrong. And if it's after 8:00 I can't even get crazy bread because they say they're out every single time. I wouldn't advise going here because it is definitely something every single time and they are very rude and plain just don't care."

"Ordered thru the app, pulled into stall right up front. Pressed red button, guy came out, told him my order and he said ok. My grandaughter and i waited a half hour. Pressed button again and i ask where food was and he said couldnt find my order(coudve told me nstead of making me wait) So i went to the drive thru and ordered same thing. They were going to charge me another $12 until i showed him my checking app, where money had been charged. I will not use the app nor this Sonic again in Bedford !"

"Absolutely terrible tasted like old grease and the Onion Rings were very burnt and all of them were broken in half , half of my food wasnt even there . dont order from here well atleast at nighttime ! i want a refund they wont even pick up the phone ."

"Approx 45 years ago i left the counter at fishers to go catch the bus that would end up eventually taking me to viet nam .i finally went back there last week after hearing that they had put in special parking for combat wounded vets .i am not combat wounded but am a disabled vet with a service dog . it was good seeing the little girl who used to run around the place had grown up and now owned and was running it .to say they are vet friendly is an understatment . the kindness shown to me and my dog by both the staff and customers will never be forgotten . they not only talk the talk but walk the walk (ask your dad or grandfather what it means) when it comes to serving vets .again for myself and dog (thats his name) we will be returning often and hope other veterans will also . see you there"
