"What a nice time we had for the first time at Sal’s yesterday. My son is in LOVE with the steak and cheese sub and wants to come back weekly (it was not only delicious, but also a considerable amount of steak). I have the lunch buffet... from salad dressing to pizza, as I haven't had since NY, and especially the garlic knots, it was fabulous. Stephanie took care of us and the atmosphere is open, light, friendly and happy. An entertaining place to get wonderful food! Recommend Sal’s."

"Viet subs roanoke va. I have eaten banh mi from north carolina to northern virginia and the best place by far is viet subs! I tried everything, and I was never disappointed. when they enter first, they will notice that it is a very clean, bright and welcoming restaurant. the owners tu' and khoi a young couple who lives the American dream are very friendly and helpful. Now we're here to eat. the basis of each great sandwiches is the brot, and the baguettes here are amazing light airy pieces of the sky with a sharp crust that would be the envy of any French baker. I could survive on the brot alone (with a little butter), but why should I if that so. read more"
