We were in Roanoke for the weekend, and Clutch was a quick walk from our hotel, and the menu looked good. I ordered the Star City Benedict with pork, and it was very tasty. Hollandaise was good, the poached eggs were done very well, and the pork was tasty. My wife got the Breakfast Club, and I got to taste it. The ciabatta bread was perfect. Honestly everything was very expensive for the quality we received. Ordered the Chilean Seabass, Smoked Ribs and the Brisket. Seabass was just eh, okay. Grits were too cheesy, could've used more seasoning. Ribs were fine, nothing spectacular. Brisket was actually quite delicious.
