We were in Roanoke for the weekend, and Clutch was a quick walk from our hotel, and the menu looked good. I ordered the Star City Benedict with pork, and it was very tasty. What Anthony Cole doesn't like about Clutch Smoked Meats:
Honestly everything was very expensive for the quality we received. Ordered the Chilean Seabass, Smoked Ribs and the Brisket. Seabass was just eh, okay. Grits were too cheesy, could've used more seasoning. Ribs were fine, nothing spectacular. Brisket was actually quite delicious. Delicious fresh chicken caesar salad. a large part of the grilled chicken. comfortable parking. friendly staff.
I had the filet mignon and it was a perfect medium rare. we'll be back.
Love this place! clutch is by far my sohn favoriteskäsesteak ever! he could say that they use fresh local meat, he said he can taste the difference, how is that for a teenager admission.
The early piecesburger was on the best things I ever tasted. very recommend to give this place an attempt. they will not regret it.
