Got the $23.99 fill up meal. The only thing this meal would be good to fill up is a pot hole in the road. The biscuits were hard as rocks and the chicken must have been under a warmer since last Tuesday. Dried out would be an understatement. We like KFC but this is just terrible. View all feedback.
