This venue used to be a favorite hangout for me and several of my neighbors, however it is clear that the proprietors do not care about the care of their customers or success of the businesses within. The place has fallen apart, is absolutely filthy, filled with flies, and rarely cleaned. I would stay away until ownership changes or the Health Department addresses cleanliness concerns.
