Excellent staff, immaculate room. 1882 Bar and The Regency Room had excellent service and food. Will definitely be staying when in Roanoke!

"I have no idea how this place stays in business with burgers that are so-so with little flavoring or wow taste. Steak fries are blah and sweet potatoe fries taste frozen. Shouldn't it at least be fresh?? How hard is it to cut up a potatoe??<br br/>The highlight of the evening for me was the pretzel bites. The staff was pleasant and not pushy as I looked it over carefully. I started with the appetizer of shrimp. These were spot on! 6 big juicy ones that had some house made beer batter. "I have now visited Mission BBQ in at least 3 cities. I have been several times to the Mission BBQ in Fayetteville. Another restaurant that you can expect great food and great service no matter what location you visit. They really got me with their support for our veterans. Love how they design the locations. Love the BBQ. Always a treat for the guys that work with me. We had lunch 2 days while working near by. After lunch my sub contractor purchased more BBQ to take home. I had a minute to meet one of the managers onsite. It is a apparent they love what they do. Plenty of people coming here to eat."

"Our first but definitely not last time here. Food is excellent, everything we got was fresh, tasty and well presented. We got frickles (fried pickles), which were the best I’ve had. And I like some fried pickles. My food allergies were accommodated with no issues, very grateful. I got a well drink as it was happy hour….happily surprised with a lovely beverage. Rachel was our server and she was amazing! Prompt, pleasant, everything you want in service and so appreciated. Thanks for the best in Roanoke experience!"
