"I tried the ground chicken pad ka paow over rice, Thai hot. It was mediocre but satisfying in a sort of mall food-court sort of way, if you know what I mean. The spice level was lower than I expect for ordering "Thai hot". It seems the upper limit for spice here isn't so great.<br> <br> The flavor is simple and unbalanced. It's dominated by savoriness and saltiness from fish sauce and spiciness from chilis. The ground chicken was somewhat dry and bland. There is a fair amount of liquid present in the bottom of the plate/container that is flavorful but it's so thin that it doesn't stick to the meat."

"Plan on multiple flights here. One set of four is not enough, as they have so many excellent choices. Ultimately we went with a full pour of the Striped Lawn India Pale Lager, and a Whiskey River burger with tots to bring home. We were blown away with how tasty and delicious the food was even after a 30 minute drive and reheating. Our first visit at Three Notched Craft Kitchen was a total home run and we will definitely be back!"

The good news is that the lengthy wait for your orders to arrive gives you time to browse the web with your phone and observe the weird double life of the proprietor Jason. When online he plays the role of "Jumpman Lane" a strange sort of faux-street pimp / Hugh Hefner type girlie magazine publisher, though the girls are cartoon avatars from the game Second Life and so possibly operated by men. It's fascinating in a disturbing sort of way. Anyway just google Jumpman Lane to find his latest site and other stuff then prepare to laugh. Dinner and a show! <br>"
