Very average. Had pie, chips mushy peas. Soggy, greasy tasteless. Borderline terrible. Decor from the seventies. On the other hand, the service was excellent, ten out of ten in fact, the staff simply couldn't do enough to help. Nice building though, in nice surroundings with good parking. That's it really. This is a lovely pub that serves great food. The pub is cosy and not pretentious in any way. We love the fish and chip supper on a Friday evening great quality...
