Burger King - Rochester

I had a great meal at this restaurant. The manager kindly accepted my coupon, even though it was meant for another restaurant. The service was quick and the staff were friendly.

Great customer service, took a bit food to ready. Not as busy as buffalo rd location for 1:30 in the afternoon

I would like to share my experience with this particular Burger King.I would like to say I was very disappointed when I got home with my food and let me say that I'm 5 minutes away from this Burger King. My onion rings were half fried meaning they were not all the way done. My burgers was cold and the cheese was hard and the bread was stale. No I didn't feel like bringing my food back because my food should have been freshly made from the beginning. March 8 , 2020 . I changed my 1 star to a 4 star. I gave this Burger King another try and I will say that this experience was much better.I went to have a nice lunch with my little three-year-old and everything was freshly made hot and good. The staff looks more happy exciting to be at work and they were very polite and much nicer this time around. Keep up the good work

The burgers here are consistently delicious! I was pleasantly surprised by how satisfying the chicken sandwich was, although I couldn't finish it all. The restaurant is always bustling, so be prepared to wait a few extra minutes for your food.
