While the Rochester Fazoli’s seems to struggle with understaffing and time management in the past, I still love their food and love coming here. It had MUCH improved since my last visit. Vicki, our server, was extremely nice and sweet while taking our orders and serving us, and we got our food in a reasonable amount of time View all feedback.

We always enjoy a meal at Fazoli's. Better food than many up-scale Italian restaurants
Tracy at the cash register was amazing! Awesome customer service. And the food was delicious! Highly recommended.

"Great staff. Great location. Quirky unique decor. The ice cream is delicious. My friend and I shared an ice flight. We have the oatmeal, chocolate peanut butter and biscuit monster. All were delicious and both think that the best ice we ever had!"

"Charming little fund in rustester, staff was helpful and service was good. bánh mì sandwich had good taste, would definitely order again. the crust on the brot was probably a bit thicker than a traditional, but was still delicious and that's all I suspect."

"We discovered the 2 for 6 deal. While in Rochester for a week, we went to Arby's many times! The photos are from different visits. The fish sandwich is unbelievable. I had many of those through the week. The Buffalo flavored chicken sandwich was pretty spicy and good, but very messy. The chicken kept sliding out of the buns. This made me wish we had an Arby's in our home town!"

"This company has hired a plant-based cook to assemble its vegan menu, and it shows. This is not your cobbled together, hardly thought menu items added to us veg head to appease. They wanted to make a pizza that would enjoy vegans. From cheese bread to pizza they have good options. The buffalo, the Tuscano and the Nashville Hot are all good. They also have a range of vegan sauces that I enjoyed, from standard red to vegan ranch and buffalo sauces. They are also open late, which is a huge bonus."
