Agreed that the owner is a atmospheric guy and his wife is similar. But her son is brilliant, who is most of the time. Bottom line, when he makes your food, it becomes amazing and he is generously crowded. They seem to be neighboring restaurants that I thought were inappropriate. "The dining area was small. They can serve 16 people so reservations are essentially mandatory. Street parking is required but we didn't have any issues finding a spot.I found the service here to be first rate. They were friendly and efficient. They brought out new plates between courses. My party chose the chef's tasting at a very reasonable 65 dollars per person. The chef came out to personally present each dish and explain some of his techniques and ingredients. This was a very nice touch."
